Meet the teams behind the store.

The RRHS CO-OP is run by students across eight departments. Together, these teams manage the people, products, technology, finances, inventory, marketing, and food-service operations that keep the store moving.

Hey, I’m Varun! I’m the CEO of the RRHS CO-OP, and it’s my third year working here. Last year, I was the Lightspeed Director, where I had a great time working with so many amazing people and helping with different projects around the CO-OP. One of my favorite parts of being here has been getting to meet new people, work together as a team, and see all of our ideas come to life. I’m excited for everything we have planned this year and to see what the CO-OP can accomplish!

Hello! My name is Ashwini, and I am the COO this year for the RRHS CO-OP. This is my second year working for the school store after being a 2025–2026 general employee. I’m a junior, planning on majoring in business in the future. I am incredibly excited and grateful for the opportunity to help the CO-OP grow and accomplish great things this year!

Human Resources

HR supports the student team. The department helps coordinate employees, workplace expectations, communication, and the day-to-day people needs of the CO-OP, including customer-service leadership.

Finance

Finance helps the CO-OP understand its business performance. The team supports financial recordkeeping, sales reporting, budgeting, and the information leaders need to make responsible store decisions.

Product shapes what customers find in the store. The department supports product selection, merchandise planning, presentation, and the development of offerings that reflect the RRHS community.

Lightspeed

Lightspeed supports the digital systems behind the store. The team works with the CO-OP’s e-commerce and point-of-sale tools, helping keep products, orders, and the online shopping experience organized.

Marketing

Cafeteria Kiosk

The Cafeteria Kiosk team brings CO-OP service closer to students during the school day. Its leaders coordinate kiosk readiness, service, and the smooth movement of products through that location.

Inventory

Inventory keeps the store supplied and organized. The department supports stock tracking, counts, replenishment, and product organization so the right items are available when customers need them.
